Western Region YYA Trip Information

Western Region YYA Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado, taking place July 8–10, 2026.

Transportation will be provided through a charter bus departing from and returning to Zion Baptist Church. The charter bus has a capacity of 50 passengers.

Estimated Cost Per Person:

• Charter Bus Transportation: $110

• Conference Registration: $45

• Estimated Total: $155 per person

Lodging is not included in the total above. Hotel rooms are approximately $125 per night. Based on double occupancy (2 queen beds per room), the estimated lodging cost is $62.50 per person, per night.

• Churches are responsible for managing their own conference registration and lodging arrangements.
